I had liposculpture two months ago and am still wearing the garment . My stomach still has some lumps and I have a small hollow area too . Also I noticed that when I bend I get ugly wrinkles especially in the upper abdomen. I didn't have much fat there in the first place and I told the doctor I wasn't bothered by it but he still removed it . Now I am afraid that I ended up with loose skin without a cushion.. will this be fixed with time or can it be reversed and how ?
Answer: Liposcultpure It sounds like you are being very diligent with your compression which will be very effective for you. In terms of skin tightening everyone is different. I understand your concern in your photo when you are bent over but even in the most fit patients you are going to have some wrinkles and folds. Continue to follow up with our surgeon because you have a very good short term result.

CONTACT NOW Answer: Wrinkles on Stomach After Liposuction? If Wrinkles Remain After Healing, Try ThermiTight It takes about 6 months to completely heal from liposuction, so you are still in that process. During that time, your skin should contract somewhat and therefore the wrinkles will diminish. If, after 6 months, you still have wrinkled, loose skin that bothers you, you might consider ThermiTight to remove any residual fat and shrink the skin slightly. Ultherapy could also help. Consulting with the board-certified dermatologist who treated you will allow you to explore further options, if necessary.

Answer: Liposuction/ Liposculpture/ Fat Transfer/ Vaser/ Hi Definition Procedures/Liposuction Revision/Tummy Tuck/Body Contouring I appreciate your question. It can take up to one year to see the full results from the procedure and for swelling to subside. Things will continue to evolve over next weeks. I would recommend that you discuss this question with your surgeon as every surgeon has their own respective post op protocol for his/her patients. Your surgeon is your best resource as he/she is most familiar with your medical history and how you are healing at this time. The best way to assess and give true advice would be an in-person exam. Please see a board-certified plastic surgeon that specializes in aesthetic and restorative plastic surgery. Best of luck! Dr. Schwartz Board Certified Plastic Surgeon #RealSelf100Surgeon

Answer: #Liposuction - Wrinkles stomach skin after liposuction You appear to have a nice result (as shown on your standing photo) and, depending on characteristics of your skin (how old you are, weight changes, etc) contraction of the skin can only be expected to a greater or lesser degree. This is part of what is discussed during the consultation and goes toward making a decision as to what surgery to do, and in what parts of the body. It can take up to 6 months to see the final result with your lipo, so your best bet is to discuss this with your own surgeon and get a sense of what can be expected. I hope that this helps and good luck, Dr. Alan Engler, Member of #RealSelf500
