Will liposuction of my lower stomach, flanks and back help round and lift my butt? (photos)

Liposuction or its newer version, BodyTite, removes the fat and tightens the skin. Such removal can create the perception that the buttock area is more perky, rounded and generally more visible. Liposuction of the abdomen, flanks and back will certainly contour your sides in your back and improve the curves of your waist and the lower back area. This in turn will accentuate the butt but not lift or make it more around. Roundness and volume can be achieved with fat transfers using fat obtained from the liposuction. A Brazilian buttock lift is not truly a lift but more of an illusion that the buttock is higher. It is more a volume enhancement of the butt. With regards to the waist and an hourglass appearance, at your physical exam your surgeon will be able to give you a reasonable idea as to how much of a waste can be obtained.

For optimal results I recommend a full tummy tuck combined with a full body contouring. I would suggest liposuction on your back, flanks and also fat transfer to buttocks may be an option.

Looking at your photos I might say that you´ll be a great candidate to get an entire abdomen, back and waist liposuction with BBL, this is because you have located fat that can be done with lipo. These procedure could help you to achieve a very nice shape and get rid of those back rolls.
Before all this, of course, you need to get a complete medical evaluation and laboratory exams to check everything is fine. Also please try to find a board certified plastic surgeon, remember that your safety, always, is going to be first.
