Will liposuction of my lower stomach, flanks and back help round and lift my butt? (photos)

Question

I am 26, no kids, 198 lbs bra 38 D. I am very interested in going to the DR its more affordable. I like my butt minus the side dimple and its kinda square at a certain angle. A surgeon in Atlanta said he could lipo my flanks for $3,700 but this would not give me a more defined "hourglass" shape but would bring more of my butt out. I want to stay as natural as possible I like my shape just want it less lumpy. So will liposcupture help me to achieve this goal? What would you recommend?

Looking at your photos I might say that you´ll be a great candidate to get an entire abdomen, back and waist liposuction with BBL, this is because you have located fat that can be done with lipo. These procedure could help you to achieve a very nice shape and get rid of those back rolls.
Before all this, of course, you need to get a complete medical evaluation and laboratory exams to check everything is fine. Also please try to find a board certified plastic surgeon, remember that your safety, always, is going to be first.

Based on your photos you are a good candidate for a liposuction with BBL, and I think you'll get very good results.The liposuction can be performed on your abdomen, back, sides and hips.
The fat transfer, often called Brazilian butt lift has become extremely popular because it allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You improve your waist, hips and of course your buttock, to give you a beautiful heart shape.
  
I recommend you to make an appointment with a board plastic surgeon for a good evaluation and to talk about your goals.
