The goal is to achieve a survival rate of at least 70 percent. (Take note that not all of the injected fats will survive; hence, most surgeons slightly over correct the procedure.)

Answer: Possible but won't work You cannot keep fat alive after it has been frozen. You an inject thawed fat for a very temporary improvement but the results will be very short lived because the fat is not alive.
