Answer: Liposuctioned fats for later use Immediate purification and fat transfer is more ideal than saving the harvested fats for later use. The goal is to achieve a survival rate of at least 70 percent. (Take note that not all of the injected fats will survive; hence, most surgeons slightly over correct the procedure.)

Thanks for the question.If you are getting a liposuction, the best option is to transfer the fat in the same moment of the surgery, because that way you'll get a better results, won't need another surgery and the fat will have a better response and evolution in your body.I recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon for a good evaluation and talk about your goals.Good luck :)

Answer: Fat grafting after delay Currently, it is not possible to get your fat removed and stored based on FDA standards. Hopefully this will change soon as it is medically possible to grow and save your fat for transfer at a later date.

Answer: Possible but won't work You cannot keep fat alive after it has been frozen. You an inject thawed fat for a very temporary improvement but the results will be very short lived because the fat is not alive.
