Hi, I had a breast Aug done in July so I’m about 6 months post op. I really believe something is wrong with both of my breasts. I got 605cc soft touch silicone under the muscle. They feel so empty at the bottom and neither is shaped out right. The surgeon I used said I boarded line needed a lift but he didn’t do one. My right looks different from my left they just started dropping but I don’t get my they still look so empty and sag when I bend over.
Answer: Asymmetry and sagging after BA It looks that you needed lift to start with. There is some asymmetry in position of implants which seem too large for you. You should revise your goals and have 1-2 in person consults with another surgeons to decide what to do next. Hope this helps.

Answer: Issues with breast aug Dear Forceful967461, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice. Answer: Implant shape after breast augmentation. it certainly seems like you need revision surgery. Maybe your doctor would prefer to wait a bit longer before making any determination. I believe you will have to return to the operating room at some point. It seems like you do not need a breast lift, but I would have to examine you more closely. Good luck.

Answer: No lift when a lift was needed. I would say that you are a very good example of needing a lift but not getting a lift and then having a very, very large implant to try to lift the breast. The bottom line is that breast implants do not lift the breast. You cannot augment yourself out of a lift; if you need a lift you need a lift. I would suggest replacing the implants with a smaller implant that will fit your chest and getting a lift done at the same time so the implant and the breast are aligned. Right now the breast is falling off the implant and the implant is so big for your chest that it has to go very high near your clavicle to find the space to fit and it even makes the dissociation between your breast and implant even more noticeable.

Answer: Implants From the submitted photos it appears the implants are sitting too high. It is likely you'll need surgical intervention to improve the results. If a lift was needed you can consider that at that time. Smaller implants may also be recommended.

Answer: 6 months out Since you are 6 months out from your surgery, you should talk to your surgeon about your concerns. I agree that they still look high and slightly asymmetric. But without seeing what you looked like before surgery, and without understanding the decision-making process that led you to choose the implants you chose, it is hard to fully address your concerns. I'm sure your surgeon can suggest ways to make you happy with the results, since ultimately that is the goal. Best of luck!
