Make breasts more round without implant?

Question

I'm 18F,Caucasian,A cup, which suits me completely. I'm worried about the shape of my breasts. In a relaxed state, my areolas are puffy and larger than average areola, and my breasts are not round, but more of a narrow shape (a bit like tubular breasts, but they're not). I would like to find the best doctor who can do breast sculpting (or whatever it's called) to move the fat to fill out the lower and upper part of the breasts to make them flat round shape and to make areola smaller

Depending on your body shape and size, you might or might not have enough fat to be used to shape your breasts. And that might be the best option you have if no implants are desired. But that being said, you should still see a board certified plastic surgeon who is experienced in different breast surgeries to understand exactly what you want and what procedures are available to achieve that. Since you mentioned tuberous breasts, there are actually different severities of tuberous breasts, you could just have a minor type.

The technique I recommend is a mini lift.  Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage.

The only way to augment your breasts is with either an implant or fat transfer.  Fat is limited in the amount of volume that can be realistically achieved.

The most predictable way to reshape the breasts in the way you describe is through a breast implant.  That obviously though would mean more volume.  To decrease the size of the areola you can consider an areola reduction.  To learn more visit with a board certified plastic surgeon near you.

You did not submit photos, but fat mainly makes the breasts fuller and does not reshape much. Implants can help fill and reshape breasts, especially if there is some variation of tubular breasts.  I would suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon and discussing your concerns and options.
