Facial feminization surgery recommendations? Hoping to stay away from coronal incision (Photo)

Insecure 35 year old mtf. Looking to soften my face. I am terrified of the coronal incision so Id like to stay away from that. From my research I'd like to try to augment my jawline with jaw implants to be more define but also more Vshaped. Id like a genioplasty for sure. Brow bossing and orbital bone reduction. Fat placed under my eyes to lessen the hollow appearance. And last, a lateral brow lift to gjve the famous fox/cat eye look. I dont want my nose messed with.

A coronal incision is not necessary! Although for the brow bossing/reduction and brow lift, incisions will need to be made at your hairline (which becomes well hidden). As for the jaw augmentation and genioplasty, those can be done through the mouth. Jawline contouring can help to get you a more v-shaped jaw, but implants will make the back wider, so it depends on the exact look you are going for. You are a good candidate to have buccal fat removal, and for that fat to be transferred under your eyes. All of these could be done at the same time.
