There is no single “normal” breast size for someone who is 5'2", 104 pounds, and 18 years old. Breast size is influenced mostly by genetics, body fat distribution, hormones, and natural breast development, so two people with the same height and weight can have very different breast sizes and both can be completely normal. At 18, breast development is often close to mature, but some changes can still happen with weight fluctuation, hormonal changes, pregnancy, or aging. Cup size is also an imperfect measurement because it changes with band size and bra brand, so it is not a reliable way to judge health or whether your breasts are normal. If your breasts are very asymmetric, painful, changing rapidly, associated with nipple discharge, or causing major distress, it is reasonable to speak with a primary care doctor, gynecologist, or board-certified plastic surgeon for an exam. Otherwise, small, medium, or large breasts can all be normal for your age and body type.
