My implant out of nowhere has just started to look and feel different it is slightly harder than the other the projection of my implant isn’t the same as the other it has a flat appearance and when I bend over it doesn’t cup the same it is flat and I can feel the back of the implant like it’s sagging on my skin they are b lite silicon high profile 625cc and just my right implant feels and looks slightly different it appears smaller, flatter and I can feel the implant edge I can add pic

Hi, this could be due one of a number of implant related complications - capsular contracture, implant rupture, rotation or malposition. You would benefit from some imaging to assess the integrity of the implants followed by an in person assessment and a discussion about corrective surgery to meet your goals.

Simple way to find out is find a plastic surgeon with a portable HRUS to scan your implants. It would take five minutes in the doctors' offices. These devices are becoming more common, especially with surgeons doing a lot of breast augmentation.

Capsules do not flip and very large implants almost never flip since they don't have room. One side is bottoming out from the weight and stretching of your tissue. Your implants are too heavy and large for your tissue and frame. Please wear a good supporting bra at all times during the day.

I think your implant might have ruptured and also developed capsular contracture. To quickly diagnose this a plastic surgeon can use high definition ultrasound to look at your implant in the office to look for rupture and capsular contracture Or alternatively, a diagnostic MRI or mammogram will work as well Look good Best

From your description and photos it could be capsular contracture.  Either way it is best to visit with your surgeon for an evaluation.  Further testing may be indicated for the correct diagnosis.  I've included a video on capsular contracture that I hope you find helpful.
