its 4 months now , i had gynecomastia+lipo for my chest, i'm almost happy with my result execpt that my left chest looks more swollen and bigger than my right one which totally flat , is that normal ? is that fluid or what exactly ? thank you very much ( i added 2 photos)

Answer: 4 months post op Hello,Some time between 4-6 months you can expect to see your final result so you may wish to wait a little longer. The slight difference you see from one side to the other could be caused by a few things including, potentially a chest wall difference which is more visible now. I recommend having this assessed by your Plastic Surgeon and once your swelling has completely resolved, you can discuss potential causes and treatments if applicable.All the best

The fullness that you see can be from several things. it can be due to scar tissue formation, residual tissue that was not removed, or lack of skin tightening.
