Dr. Tiller and his staff are wonderful people. I feel comfortable having surgery with him after a friend who had surgery with him recommended him to me.

He does wonderful weight loss cosmetic surgery. My friend had an arm lift and her results are amazing.

I am having revision rhinoplasty, an excise butt lift and revision scar surgery after a breast lift with implants!

He is not only the best price in America but he is also highly recommended! I have seen his results, I can't wait to be a Tiller beauty!

I feel like dr tiller would have done an amazing job but I now I’m waiting as we are moving to the Florida keys.

I am now booked at Florida keys plastic surgery for a consultation in April.

I have already forwarded photos.

He was so nice and gentle very curtious doctor. He called me back right away when i had a question. He did lipo on my arms. He was the only doctor that wanted to perform surgery on me and his job was amazing. He is such a southern gentleman. Dr Tiller recently moved his excellent practice to Pensacola Florida and I'm excited. He did a great job with me a few years back. I had liposuction on my sides, tummy and low back.. what a difference. I tried getting rid of those saddle bags for years with exercise... Dr. Tiller removed them in a afternoon. Why did I wait? Next up i'm going to do my eyes and brow.. I need a "fresher-up"

About a year ago, I had liposuction of my entire torso with Dr. Tiller at South Beach Cosmetic Surgery For Men in Miami Beach. I didn't realize that it takes a few months to really see the final results, but once I did, I have been very happy. I am not really overweight, but I had fat around my abdomen since I was young. All of the areas are now flat and tight. I just feel better at the beach and with my shirt off. And I can actually see changes in my abs after working on them at the gym. They aren't hidden. My experience was good and I have recommended Dr. Tiller to my friends.

Waiting for my left breast to drop and fluff and I'm not sure if it's because it's been 10 day post op! I'm not sure if I've seen any results of my left breast. My right one looks amazing and I've been wearing the breast band every day. My doctor has indicated to me That it could take anywhere from two months to 6 months For my breast to drop in a natural form.

Dr. Howell Tiller was great at his bed side manners. Unfortunately I had to have a revision after my breast augmentation that he did which turned out okay . The original plan was to do a breast augmentation with a breast lift . When I woke up out of surgery he decided not to do the breast lift and now I feel as if I have big boobs but that sag too ! I feel as if he would of stuck to our original plans everything would of went a lot smoother and a revision would of not have been needed . I will place my before and after photos . Honestly I'm just thankful most of all that one is not higher than the other but I'm still not happy with my end results . Now I need to spend more money for a breast lift that was already pulled out of a loan that was used for the revision .

(date is estimated)this was my second stomach lipo in my life, and I felt very little pain, so I don't know what/how much was done. lipo of neck did little. one eye had to be done twice-both time...my fault. chin was repositioned twice when it moved, each time-....my fault, so I had it removed. he put stich under chin to help and only exaggerated the neck problem. jaw corner implants, under ear are crooked-....my fault. and his reponse was, " it's barely noticeable", although people keep asking me why I am swollen there. later I had lipo of the cheek, which exaggerated the jowls. Honestly, I don't put pics because I am embarrassed. I actually feel horrible doing this, but I feel I need to
