Dangerous risks of using filler injections in and around the nose are permanent blindness among other serious conditions. Is it safe to use a topical filler such as Fillerina in and around the nose. Can blindness or another serious condition occur?

Answer: Fillerina is meant to be applied to the skin, not injected.
Unfortunately, you appear to have relatively thick nasal skin and a short nose. Both examples that you show display thin nasal skin with a droopy nasal appearance and a dorsal hump. I do not believe you could reach these goals either surgically or nonsurgically. Thank you for your question....
In our experience, redness after fillers can last up to a year, but typically not longer. We have found IPL treatments to be helpful for reducing redness, however tincture of time should work too. Thank you. Dr Joseph
In our experience, a small congenital indentation in the nasal tip is easily treated with microdroplet Silikon-1000 nasal injections for a permanent result. I hope this is helpful. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
