Will redness on nose tip after nose filler go away? (Photo)

Hi there, I got my nose filler 3 months ago, and the tip of my nose is still red, was red from immediately after injecting. However zero pain, or anything else negative, just red tip, which is very disheartening. Injector is experienced and well known, however she didn't seem to take it seriously when I brought my concerns to her 1 day 2 weeks and 5 weeks after, therefore I haven't gone back to her. Will this go away once the filler dissolves or should I look at laser treatments of some sort?
