Filler after rhinoplasty not lasting - advice?

Had rhino/septoplasty in Nov 2020. My surgeon didn’t elevate/support the tip enough so added filler to correct. They claimed that injecting filler into healing tissue allows it to remain for longer? (I’ve found no research for this). Filler lasted about 3 weeks. I had revision with the same surgeon 1 yr on. More bump was rasped and more tip support and remove old filler. Again not happy so added filler again with the same idea (3mnth post) but still a bump and projected. :( Advice please x
