I had a nose job many years ago. The result was a flattened top. There is a small empty space between the cartridges in the top as these do not join. One nostril is higher than the other. I have two different silhouettes of my face, interesting for photography but now there is the non surgical nose job procedure I wonder if it could be repaired? Please see photos. Many thanks for your good advice.
