To achieve the image you are showing, the bridge can be taken down some and the tip projected better. I'm not sure if the bridge can be taken down that much, but upon exam, we can determine if will look natural or not. It is important to find a rhinoplasty expert for consultation.
Hello and thank you for your question and the pictures. Addressing the shape of your nose (especially the nasal tip) is actually one of the most common reasons people seek out and undergo a rhinoplasty. An open septorhinoplasty can best address both your aesthetic concerns and any functional issues with your nose. I would be able to adjust the size, shape, and definition of your nose (especially tip)! This truly a surgery of millimeters- and whether you're looking for a minor adjustment or a major transformation, it requires exceptional surgical skill to achieve functional and natural-looking results! Because your nose is the DEFINING feature of your face- I would only recommend seeing a surgeon who specializes in rhinoplasty procedures, and who has significant training and experience performing these surgeries. I actually trained under one of the world leading rhinoplasty experts (who performs 1,000+ nosejobs annually). I recommend for you to setup a formal consultation with me (or another plastic surgeon who is extremely comfortable with rhinoplasties) to thoroughly discuss your surgical goals, undergo a formal examination, evaluate your options, and develop a personalized plan just for you. I hope this helps!Dr. Donald GrovesAesthetic Plastic Surgeon
Hello and thank you for your question. It sounds like your biggest concern is your nasal dorsum and nasal tip, particularly the shape and the asymmetry of this and your nostrils, as you mentioned. Addressing the shape of the nose (particularly to the dorsum and the nasal tip) is one of the most common reasons people seek out and undergo a rhinoplasty procedure. An open septorhinoplasty can best address the entire nose, and is particularly effective for reducing the nasal dorsum, and giving you this nice supratip break you're seeking. In addition to addressing your aesthetic concerns, your septal cartilage (or an off-the-shelf alternative) would be harvested (removed) and turned into multiple cartilage grafts, which would then be secured into different areas of your nose for structural support, including in the columella (middle bottom portion of your nose between your nostrils) to really reinforce the tip and prevent recurrence of the asymmetry. The open approach is very effective in facilitating complex, precise maneuvers to refine the nasal shape and size to a particular aesthetic and look. Rhinoplasty is arguably the most difficult procedure to perform in all of plastic surgery. I would only recommend going to see a surgeon who feels very comfortable with both primary and revision rhinoplasty procedures, and who has significant training and experience in these types of surgeries. This is a surgery of millimeters, so if the surgeon you're going to only does 1-2 per month, you are not going to get the best result possible. Of course it is always difficult to provide tentative surgical recommendations, as there is only so much information to be gained from the photos and description provided. Dr. Donald Groves, our expert facial plastic surgeon, has extensive training and experience with complex rhinoplasty surgeries, so I’d recommend for you to come see him (or another plastic surgeon who is extremely comfortable with rhinoplasties) for a formal consultation to thoroughly discuss your surgical goals, undergo a formal examination, evaluate all your options (surgical and nonsurgical), and decide on the best procedure(s) and type of anesthesia for your specific case. I hope this helps! Dr. Emer
I believe the photo on the right is a computer simulation of your nose with a lower nasal bridge appearance. If this is something that you would wish to achieve, rhinoplasty surgery may be considered. In that regard, please consider meeting with several reputable rhinoplasty specialist who offer computer imaging so you could see what to expect moving forward. Thank you for your question. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
The best way to determine what specific changes will look good on your face, and what changes are surgically possible, is to do your research to find the top rhinoplasty specialists and consult with several of them in person. During your consultation, your photos can be computer-morphed to show how the changes to your nose will affect your appearance. A rhinoplasty specialist will have the experience to determine whether the morphed images are surgically attainable. Good luck! @drdonyoo
At least from the close-up view, the central portion of the dorsum of the nose appears to slope inward, a condition known as "saddle" nose, owing to the resemblance to the slop of a riding saddle. Fillers work well for straightening the saddle deformity. However, fillers for the nasal reshaping, are not to be left to the hands of novice injectors. So, be sure to consult with a board certified cosmetic dermatologist and make sure to ask to see his/her personal before and after photos. Best of luck.
There are a few options available to contour the nose without any surgery or downtime, including dermal fillers and MINT PDO threads!
Changing the shape of the nose: The procedure to change the shape of the nose, usually by reducing several of the dimensions of the nose is called a rhinoplasty. The computer imaged “after“ that you show looks a bit too overdone, the so-called “Skislope“ which many people try to avoid.
The procedure desired is a full rhinoplasty (open or closed exposure). Best to seek in person opinions from boarded surgeons. Fees in the $6,000-$12,000 ranges.
Thank you for the question and photos and I would go on some consultations with experts that use digital photography to show you what can be accomplished with your nose and how it might be done and then look at photos of similar patients and become fully informed about the desired procedure Dr Corbin
I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to go over your desired results. Facial fillers (like Voluma, Restylane, Juvederm) can be used to improve the symmetry of the nose, but surgery would be needed to improve nostrils or overall shape. Best to see an expert. - D...
Based on your photo, you appear to have a deeper supra alar crease on your left compared to your right. Depending on your examination, microdroplets Silikon 1000 injections may be considered for permanently filling the depressed side for a more symmetrical nasal tip appearance. I hope this helps...
Hello and thank you for your question. Unfortunately no, there are no non-surgical exercises that can take the place of surgery, especially in your situation. It sounds like your biggest concern is your dorsal hump and the fact your tip appears slightly drooping, as you mentioned. These are due...
