I have a shallow bridge and a large tipped nose that I want to change into a slimmer aquiline shaped nose, because that nose shape is very pretty. Is it possible to do that with minimal surgery and mostly filler?

Answer: Perhaps you may not have realistic expectations.
In our experience, redness after fillers can last up to a year, but typically not longer. We have found IPL treatments to be helpful for reducing redness, however tincture of time should work too. Thank you. Dr Joseph
In our experience, a small congenital indentation in the nasal tip is easily treated with microdroplet Silikon-1000 nasal injections for a permanent result. I hope this is helpful. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
Temporary gel fillers like hyaluronic acid may give the illusion of tip rotation, however, this is short-lived and non-permanent. In our experience, the only way to support and rotate a nasal tip appearance is with revision rhinoplasty and cartilage grafting. Thank you so much for your question....
