I had a rhinoplasty 6 months ago and was left with a bump on the left side of my columella. I am told it is cartilage. I would like to get this fixed. What is the possibly this can get corrected without having to go under general anesthesia again?

I think this depends on what your goal was for the original surgery and if you are (or are not) happy with the current outcome. I usually say to wait 12-24 months before making a final decision on a rhinoplasty, If you are not able to return to your original surgeon for a further conversation.....
