Is there a procedure to reduce nostril thickness?

I like my front profile. But on my side and quarter profile, my left nostril is very noticeable and stands out. Is there an alarplasty technique that would stretch the nostril or add cartilage to make it less bulbous and appear more flat?

You have a persistent hump, supratip saddle deformity, and drooping tip on animation after a prior rhinoplasty. It is not unreasonable to desire a revision, and a revision could certainly improve on your concerns and more closely approximate your goal photographs.

From the side view, the tip of your nose hangs lower than it needs to, so elevating the tip might be very nice. Then, the bridge is high just above the tip -- it looks as though there's extra cartilage to remove there. Those changes would give you a shorter, straighter profile. From the front,...
