Is it safe for me to get my revision rhinoplasty so soon after by 5 day z-pack treatment?

I am getting my rhinoplasty revision done in a week and a half, i was on a 5 day z-pack that ends 9 days before my procedure. I feel fine, is it okay to still get the revision on my procedure date? Or will this have to be postponed
