I think this depends on what your goal was for the original surgery and if you are (or are not) happy with the current outcome. I usually say to wait 12-24 months before making a final decision on a rhinoplasty, If you are not able to return to your original surgeon for a further conversation...I would recommend seeing a board-certified plastic surgeon (with a 6 year integrated plastic surgery residency and The Aesthetic Society accredited aesthetic fellowship) for a consultation. I would recommend a physical exam in person to further evaluate what is going on with the nose.
It is impossible to say with certainty without a examination but it is unlikely you would need any additional cartilage and it almost certainly coukd be taken from your septum without another donor site in the unlikely event that you need some even if you have had a previous septoplasty.
Based on the photographs alone, it appears you will not require cartilage grafting techniques which would only make your nose bigger since you're adding volume. It's important to try to make your nose smaller. Also strongly consider placement of a chin implant to augment your chin forward for better facial balance and proportions, especially with respect the continued over projection of your nose even after your first rhinoplasty. Without placement of a chin implant, your nose will still appear too large
