At size 30, each 100 cc of implant corresponds to 1 cup size change. From this, you can determine the size required to achieve your desired goal. I recommend smooth silicone gel implant place retro-pectoral for a more natural look.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
Based on the photos you don't need a lift. You simply lack volume that could easily be added with the right implants.
If you go with a implant that is not to big, you can achieve natural looking breasts. Find a implant that compliments your body and you can have natural, fuller breasts.
Based on your pictures, I do not think that a lift would help you achieve your goals. I think that a breast augmentation is what you would need. Her nipples are in good position in comparison to your breast and an implant would help raise her nipple just slightly.
Based on this picture, it appears that the left nipple is slightly lower than the right nipple. It also appears that the left breast is slightly larger than the right. Overall both nipples appear to be above the inframmamary fold or IMF. Based on this, neither breast would absolutely need a lift if treated separately. However, you may desire a unilateral breast lift, in addition to asymmetric implants, in order to correct breast asymmetry. It is difficult to tell based on pictures, but this can likely be done via a peri-areolar (around the nipple) or lollipop lift, which are both minimal incision breast lifts. Another option is to perform the breast augmentation first, allow the implants to settle, and then decide about the breast lift at a later time.
I would recommend seeing a board certified or board eligible plastic surgeon with aesthetic surgery training/experience who can perform a full exam and provide safe recommendations. A well-trained surgeon will specifically use your breast measurements to provide you with recommendations on the ideal size implant for each breast. I would love to help you in this process if you are willing to make a trip to Virginia Beach! Best of luck.
Your nipple-areola complexes are well above the inframammary fold, so you do not have breast ptosis. A breast augmentation alone without a lift would be a great option for you.
Thank you for your question. There is almost no sagging, so no lift is required and breast augmentation only will give you beautiful and natural result. To make the result even more natural, I would advise breast augmentation with implants and fat grafting (combination breast augmentation). If you want natural looking results I wouldn’t advice excessively big implant.
I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants, and they choose what looks right for them. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size and style breast implant is right for them. Dr. Ted Eisenberg, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Author. You would be a great candidate for breast augmentation alone. The nipples are in a good position on the breasts, so you would not need a breast lift. I predict that you will have a great result!
Thanks for your question! You would be a great candidate for a breast augmentation, and you definitely don't need a lift. I would suggest a submuscular placement of a moderate-sized, moderate profile implant. Please be sure to seek out an in-person consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area. Good luck!
Hi & thanks for your question! It is not likely that the surgeon placed the wrong implants, but it could happen. Contact your surgeon for the size used for your surgery. Best wishes!
