Temporalis hypertrophy and Botox: I believe they are oversized. (Photos)

Question

Hello I would like to try botox on my temporalis muscles as I believe they have been over sized for many years. Also I have receded hair at temples and have had hair transplant. I believe that this could improve the appearance of forehead and make it more proportional to my face which is slim. Appreciate answers.

Hello and thank you for your photos and question.  According to your photos, you  have a strong temporalis muscle.  Botox can help to relax this muscle over time.  I would recommend a consultation with a board certified injector so that they can make a plan for you based on your desired outcome.  They will likely speak with you regarding the need for 2-3 treatments to gain muscle memory in this area, which you will then begin to see nice contouring and change.  I hope this information helps and best of luck to you!

Hello, Thanks for sharing your pics. You seem to have prominent temporalis muscle. Yes botox can help give you an oval face. You may require multiple session to cause atrophy of the muscle. Consult a board certified plastic surgeon.
