Hi there! I have been receiving consultations from various surgeons for a breast lift with implants. I want my boobs to not sag anymore, to appear closer together for cleavage, and to be a lot larger. One doctor said I have tubular breasts, and that my lift and implants would have to be done separately (or I’d have to have small implants, which is pointless to me). Is this true? Do I have tubular breasts? My breasts have never been large, but I’ve gained and lost a lot of weight over the years, which I assumed is why they sag now.
