Could I get a simple breast augmentation or do I have tuberous breasts that require more work? (photo)

I am 23 and have lost about 4 stone in the last few years but they have always been droopy and oddly shaped. Large areolas and a dog ear triangle shape that sags, I appreciate some sagging is expected after weight loss but they hang badly, they seem an odd shape and I can't find any bras that fit (after having multiple bra fitting consultations at different places). I don't want big boobs, just boobs that look boob shaped and dont point to the ground.
