An examination is needed to see if you have excess or not enough fat. For excess fat, liposuction can be done. If you need fat, then fat can be added or Sculptra injections can be done.

It looks like you had the same contour before surgery. Your subcutaneous fat layer is fairly thin and after having liposuction, there probably isn’t enough fat to address the contour irregularity that is more likely based on your muscular, skeletal structure, then fat distribution. It’s important to recognize that Liposuction only reduces subcutaneous fat. Issues related to tissues, other than subcutaneous fat or not treated by doing Liposuction.
Follow up with your provider who appears to have done a spectacular job on your procedure.
It’s hard to faults such a stellar outcome especially when you had the same contour problem before surgery.
Reducing the dip on your left side may be more challenging than you realize. It may require multiple rounds of fat transfer and considering that you had it before surgery. I question if it’s indicated.
Talk to your provider and see what he or she has to say.
Alternatively, schedule a second opinion, consultations with other certified plastic surgeons. For second opinion consultations patient should come prepared to bring with them proper before and after pictures and ideally a copy of your operative report. These are all available from your current providers office by request.
