I'm planning on having just a liposuction surgery done in September. Lets say September 1st. I would like to have breast implant replacement surgery on October 15th. And lastly a rhinoplasty done on November 15th. Would this be okay? Or should they be spaced out more? I'm also thinking of combining a rhinoplasty and breast implant surgery together, this way I can recover at the same time. This is probably best.

Yes, going smaller, you will have much less chance of your areolae stretching since there is nothing to stretch them. Plus, with smaller implants, you will have less sag potential.
First your own implants have not been recalled, but those unsold on the shelves were. Second, if you are having no issues with the capsules, they can remain. With Biocell implants, some capsule may still be removed with the implants since it sticks to the implants. I would suggest referring to...
Your implants are large and you have little breast tissue to hide the implants. It would have been much better to go with smaller implants behind the muscle. Mesh might be helpful to give a little more tissue in the thin areas. Do not go bigger for this will look worse.
