Follow up on last question about implant revision just to add some info

1st 3 pictures were from 1st procedure which was 425 sil round implants under muscle with the areola lift which didn’t go great so had rivision which was supposed to lower implants and I had a full anchor lift as my surgeon said my breasts were falling off the implant so he had to lower implant and lift breast using the full anchor lift which is what I had done and the last 2 pictures are after the full lift and revised implant position, also areola placement was ment to be lifted

Have you consider going down to 200 cc's or even removing the implants altogether and just doing the lift? Going down only 50 cc's is only about one third of a cup in size.
