This is my 3rd attempt and I am defeated. I just want smaller perkier I’m still a 32DD with 240cc silicone moderate profile. I originally had 290cc low profile. My second surgery they just removed skin to try and make them smaller and the 3rd we did a complete revision and they are still dropping so far and still so big. Or at least tell me I have an ok outcome or what I can do on my own to help improve. I really don’t want another revision.
Answer: Revision Have you consider going down to 200 cc's or even removing the implants altogether and just doing the lift? Going down only 50 cc's is only about one third of a cup in size.

Answer: Revision surgery Dear Upnorth20, breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery. Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size. While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals. Answer: Explant with Bellesoma Method I recommend you wait 6 months from the surgery date before doing any revision. At that time, I recommend explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Breast lift revision Dear Upnorth20, The results after your third breast lift revision are much improved in regard to breast shape and nipple position, unless having your arms up in those photos is creating that. Your breasts do have a relatively low footprint on your chest wall, which is basically fixed, and that you may be perceiving as "still dropping." They can certainly be made smaller, either with a further breast implant downsizing, or a removal of some breast tissue. Good luck!

Answer: Breast issues To make it quality assessment, we need quality information. For those who had multiple operations, this means, including the complete set of proper before, and after pictures and pertinent information for each of the previous procedures. It would be very important to have a clear understanding of what is supporting your implants. Are your implants above or below the muscle? if the implants are being held up against gravity by the connective tissue of the IMF and muscle, then the weight of the implant should not be creating a continued word force, causing the breast to continually droop. To connect tissue of the IMS has been covered for the implant is above the muscle, and the weight of the implant may be pushing down against your skin and breast tissue, causing them to continually get stretched out. There are a lot of variables to give you a quality assessment. We need to understand all of these variables. All of the work been done by the surgeon maybe it’s time to find a new provider? Based on how many previous procedures you’ve had at this point you should probably be relying on in person consultations exclusively. To get a proper second opinion consultation come prepared to bring with you complete medical records, including all before, and after pictures and operative reports of all previous breast procedures. Look for plastic surgeons in your community who seem to have a lot of breast surgery experience. If you don’t know who to go to, then consider starting with the plastic surgeons who do most of the breast cancer reconstruction in your community. Hi generally recommend people have multiple consultations before selecting a provider. I think it’s possible to give you good quality information without us first having a good understanding of what’s really happening. Unfortunately, your description is a bit insufficient.
