Thank you for providing these photos. It looks like your right medial crura / footplate is prominent and yes this can be corrected under local anesthesia. In general, I recommend scarless/closed rhinoplasty for all rhinoplasty regardless of whether primary or revision rhinoplasty.

Shaving a deviated septum can be performed in some cases as an in-office procedure, but it depends on the severity of the deviation and the surgeon's preference and expertise. However, more extensive deviations or cases requiring additional surgical work may require general anesthesia in an operating room.
