Can a third rhinoplasty fix flat appearance?

14months post op, suffered blunt trauma to tip 3 weeks after surgery. Sides of nose are no longer full and defined. Can I request another surgery to create NATURAL results?

Alar composite grafts from the ear are good option to lower retracted nostrils. However, to use a composite graft to interpose it to increase the circumference of the nostrils is less predictable and can result in noticeable scarring and irregularity. I hope this helps, best of luck !
