Is it safe to learn swimming 2 years after a nose job with a nasal implant on the Bridge?

On December 15th 2021 I had a rhinoplasty with a silicon nasal implant to build up the bridge of my nose. Im planning to learn to swim in a pool this summer. I know that silicon implants carry a high risk of infection. Will swimming in a pool cause an infection of my nasal implant? Should I wear a nose plug to prevent water from entering my nose? Will swimming in the chlorine water increase the risk of an infected implant? What precautions can I take to protect my new nose?
