Is it possible to reverse alarplasty? (Photo)

Hello doctors, I had two rhinoplasties before. In my primary my surgeon trimmed a part of my tissue to make my nostrils smaller, alarplasty.. I didn’t wanted that but he did it. And now I really want to reverse it ..but most doctors are saying it’s very hard or impossible. My case is not extreme I just want to have the same nostrils length as before. if I really want it done is it possible to make it more similar to before by using composite graft? Also, how noticeable scarring will be?Thank you

Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photo your nose might be swollen uneven because 3 months will not be enough for proper evaluation. In contrast to that your nose may crooked to the one side due to surgery defect. It would be better to wait at least 6 months and...
