I have excessive movement in my upper lip when I speak and smile, namely the nasal base. How will a lip lift impact on this, especially if it is deep plane? Will my smile be limited and may the deep sutures tear if the tissues are being pulled? I am concerned about looking weird, with unnatural pulling. Thanks
