I have a long philtrum, long teeth and gummy smile (Photo)

Question

What permanent procedure would I need to get on top of a lip lift in order to correct my gummy smile, while making sure my teeth don't end up looking too long? I am open to filler and botox to correcting gummy smile/repositioning my teeth, but I don't want to have to commit to repeated injections for the rest of my life. I would wan't some sort of other surgery as well.

Based on these photos you do not have gummy smile; in other words you do not show gums above teeth when smiling. To me it looks like normal, attractive smile. Hope this helps.

A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.
