Two years ago, I underwent a Liplift procedure during which dissolvable sutures were used by the doctor. Over time, I developed a wide scar under my nose, which remained red and didn't heal for about 1.5 years. After that period, I noticed white pieces of sutures surfacing on my skin, which I removed with tweezers. Currently, it's been two years since the surgery, and I can feel two bumps on both ends of the scar, which I suspect are the remaining sutures. How can I dissolve them?

I hope this helps,
Best of luck !
