I am having canthoplasty, brow lift, lip lift, buccal fat removal, cheek lift and chin lipo at the same time - is this safe?

I am having all of these procedures done at once and I am wondering if anything could go wrong and if doing these all together is ok? What is the worst thing that could happen with this type of combination surgery?
