I have a top lip that I hate. It looks uneven and the top sides don't meet my lower lip. I'm 32 years old and female.

A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. You are a good candidate for a lip lift.

Based on the image, I recommend treating the upper lip with Botox in order to achieve the lip flip appearance. Additionally, I recommend adding lip filler to even out the upper lip and add volume to the sides of the lip to make the upper lip more symmetric in order to achieve the best aesthetic outcome. Based on your picture, it looks like you would greatly benefit from a 3D upper lip lift, a medialized external corner lip lift, fat transfer and a chin implant.

The medialized external corner lip lift is a  procedure that not only lifts the corners of the mouth but also enhances the visibility of the red lip on both ends of the upper lip. Moreover, it reduces any undesirable downward slope of the upper lip as measured from its center. In essence, it grants the surgeon remarkable control over reshaping the upper lip, making it a highly potent technique. A lip lift alone would not be able to achieve this.

It is best to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon expert in lip reshaping surgery for the best results.
