Am I a good candidate for a lip lift as I have a decent amount of tooth show? (Photos)

You would need more of a laterally-based 3D upper lip lift to prevent exacerbating a rabbit-type look also known as the neonatal deformity. You may consider a medialized corner lip lift at the same time in order to enhance an O shape to your lips as opposed to an A- frame, which is not a good look. It does not seem that you need a lower V-Y.

Hello, hope you are well. The best way to correct a thin upper lip is actually by augmenting it to reveal more of the pink 'vermilion' lip. A lip lift helps somewhat, but you would be a borderline candidate for the procedure, it would have to be done very conservatively, and the downsides likely outweigh the benefits in your case. On the other hand, lip augmentation can be done in a variety of ways--some are temporary and some are permanent. Dermal fillers are the easiest way to proceed but the result is temporary. Implants and tissue grafting are more durable/permanent solutions.

The corners of your mouth appear to be going downward. You would benefit from a lip lift with very little, if any, skin removed centrally and mostly taken laterally. This will pull up your corners to give a more symmetrical appearance.

Based on he photos shown, you would not be a candidate in my practice for a lip lift. Your maxillary dentition would be exposed even more and you would most likely be unhappy with the procedure.

Based on these photos it does not look like you are good candidate for lip lift. Augmentation with filler, in particular upper lip, would probably make subtle, desired change. Hope this helps.
