Based on your picture, you could be an excellent candidate for a 3D lip lift (the 3D lip lift is a newer version of the traditional lip lift that I invented, resulting in a better outcome and less scarring) and a medialized external corner lip lift. The medialized corner lip lift is as important as a lip lift, as it is the only procedure that can elevate the sides of the upper lip, which cannot be achieved through a lip lift alone. Additionally, you may benefit from an eventual V-Y procedure, which is essentially a 'lip lift' of the lower lip. This would help balance your lips since a lip lift (and an medialized external corner lip lift) alone might make the upper lip look out of proportion.

Facial sculpting and contouring can be created with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Countour, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra, which would give improvement in facial balance. Fat or implants are alternatives. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer
