So upset about rhinoplasty outcome. I have yet to figure out what exactly the indent is and what caused the indent. Also my right side of nose looks fuller than left. Confused on why this is pls help! Also any revision specialist in or near Ohio thank you!

It's hard to tell from just one view, but it appears that your nostril asymmetry is the result of uneven nasal tip cartilages (higher dome on the right) and a small amount of right nostril retraction... this is most effectively and reliably addressed with a tip revision
