Can you please help with dent on soft tissue triangle after rhinoplasty? (Photos)

So upset about rhinoplasty outcome. I have yet to figure out what exactly the indent is and what caused the indent. Also my right side of nose looks fuller than left. Confused on why this is pls help! Also any revision specialist in or near Ohio thank you!

Hi there. Glad you were happy so far. But, I'd suggest a revision rhinoplasty and I do think the alar cartilages area can be considerably improved as well. We'd do something called a crural overlay to improve this.
