I had revision rhinoplasty 9 months ago to fix a residual hump on the bridge of my nose and to deproject the tip. The tip is now 4 to 5 times as big as it was prior to my revision. It looks terrible and I haven't seen any incremental improvement. What are the chances that this is still swelling? Am I likely to need a second revision to correct the bulbous tip?
