Can saline be added to implants after surgery?

Hey, I had surgery done 3 weeks ago. I asked the doctor to go smaller and he did what I asked. But now I’m worried I went too small. We did 330 but I’m thinking I should have done closer to 375. I don’t want to have surgery for a longgg time, but also want to be happy with my results. Can this be done? Does it require sedation again? Does it increase infection? Add recovery time?

Yes, more fluid can be added to your implants, but it will require surgery to carefully open your incision, find the value to the implants and insert more fluid. If your implant is now overfilled to the maximum recommended capacity, you might need larger implants. Please discuss this with your surgeon.  Adding just 45 cc's may not be worth the extra cost.

Saline implants can be adjusted with revision surgery.
The amount of that can be added depends on how much sailing was added in the first place.
It’s not unusual for plastic surgeons to overfill saline implants to some degree but they should not be overly stretched.
This can be done in the operating room or in the office, depending on the surgeons level of comfort.
It can be done with patients awake, sedated, or under general anesthesia.
A lot has to do with the implant placement approach or where the incision is.
Each provider will have their own preference and plastic surgeons prefer being in a formal operating room to have appropriate access and maintain proper sterility.
Every time you have surgery, you have new risks, including risk of infection.
Revision surgery should either be done as soon as possible after the first procedure or patients should wait six months.
