If your breasts are too heavy, then get a breast reduction down to the size you would like. with the reduction, the breasts won't be pushing together.

What is it that is really bothering you about your breasts? Is it the symmastia or/and the size? Your breasts are beautiful, and yes, large. You do have symmastia as well.The lateral (outer) portions of your breasts may be reduced with liposuction, and I'm not sure if the symmastia would be affected with liposuction there as well...never tried it for this condition yet. Otherwise, a standard breast reduction would reduce the breasts, round them and raise the nipple/areoal heights.
