Redness after 2 month breast lift with implants post op, is this an infection? (photos)

HI, I got an anchor breast lift with 380cc saline implants 2 month ago and both of my breast are still red and throbbing pain sometimes. I never have a fever and took antibiotic for the first week after surgery . How can I detect if this is an infection or just normal recovery from the breast implants? Thanks

As long as all wounds have completed healed you will be able to go swimming after 4 weeks post surgery.   Please consult with your plastic surgeon and follow their recommendations.
