I had an uplift and implants 16!days ago now however the day i was released from hospital I took a reaction to the dressing tape and broke out in loads of water blisters I had to have the dressings removed and redone a week later I went back only to find out I had a reaction to that dressing also and more blisters appeared now the blisters have dried up but I have a constant shooting pain in my left breast I have 375cc silicone under the muscle implants

Thank you for your question. The answer will vary depending on whom you ask. In my practice, I will start around 1-2 weeks after surgery as long as there are no areas of delayed healing. Week 4 is not unreasonable. Good luck.
Though there is not specific right answer on this, you would probably be best served by not spray tanning 2 weeks before and 3 to 4 weeks after your surgery (provided that your incisions have all healed). Ultimately, you need to ask your plastic surgeon what he/she recommends.Steven Turkeltaub, MD
