I want to replace my natrelle 68hp. What would you suggest for me to gain upper pole fullness? (photos)

Now saline 480cc right and 500cc on left to silicone cohesive. I was prior flat ptosis 36 B barely C on right and more of a B on left. measuring at 36 Full DD and I have a very wide rib cage and broad shoulders. BWD 14.5 I am wanting upper pole fullness with a good deal of projection
