I want to start this review off by stating how impressed I am with Dr. Sayah's technical skills. I've had good work done by other surgeons, but I was really amazed with how smart and thoughtful Dr. Sayah is! It has only been 3 weeks since my surgery and my incision scars are virtually non-existent! He uses the finest little stitches to close up the cannula incisions. They're so thin that he uses a magnifying lens to remove them, and the result is a virtually undetectable incision point. I wish I had found him sooner!

I had liposculpting of my love handles, thighs, and butt with a day transfer to my shoulders and banana roll deformity. I carried my weight in my lower body and I struggled to gain mass in my shoulders in the gym. This resulted in my having an unfortunately feminine silhouette. As a man it really hurt my self-confidence that my body didn't have a traditionally masculine shape. After researching plastic surgeons who specialize in male plastic surgery I decided to choose Dr. Sayah. It was the best decision I ever made. He really understands the unique differences between male and female patients. Dr. Sayah understood what I wanted and now that I am 3 weeks post-op I have to say I am pleased with the results! My shoulders are fuller and my flanks are slimmer so now I have a masculine V taper. My thighs are circumferentially slimmer and my butt is more toned and tight looking. I couldn't be happier with my body. Thank you Dr. Sayah!!

Dr. Sayah did an amazing job with my breast augmentation. You can’t even tell there are any scars. I went through the areola. He gave me exactly what I asked for. I would say to listen to his recommendations as he is the expert! I highly recommend him!

I loved the entire vibe of the facility, and the staff members are great. Dr. Sayah is an proficient surgeon that genuinely care about his patients. He was very knowledgeable, and observant. The best money i have every spent!!!

Dr Sayah has been an incredible doctor over the last year. He takes the time to discuss your concerns & you never feel rushed out. Great bedside manor.

I had a breast reduction in a June 2018 & they have healed beautifully. Couldn’t be happier.



The follow up is through. 1st year is every 1/2 months after the initial surgery week.

If you are looking for a legitimate doctor who is not only extremely skillful but also has heart, Dr. Sayah is your man! I had a breast aug/lift 1 week ago and I am beyond grateful for Dr. Sayah, his staff, and the results he gave me! The entire experience was one I will never forget.

My consultation with him was so much better than others I had gone on. He was transparent with me from the get go, didn’t rush me, explained everything in a way I could understand, and answered every single question I had in detail! Dr. Sayah is not your typical, money hungry, fame searching plastic surgeon. He truly cares! Not only about your appearance and the procedure you plan to undergo. But he also cares about your “why”. He made sure what I was doing was for the right reasons and reassured that no matter what I decide to do, I am beautiful with or without it!

I went in for a consultation on a Tuesday and decided to get my surgery the following Monday. I had complete trust in him that quickly. Surgery day was fun! The entire staff was so sweet! They made my experience even better

My recovery has been a breeze so far. I have had no complications. Everything is healing exactly the way he said it would. Once again, I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Sayah!

I was quite nervous and apprehensive about my procedure (breast lift) and he made me feel comfortable, relaxed and taken care of. He made time for several meetings before my procedure and afterwards. I am 1 month post-op now and I’ve already seen him twice/ called the office with miscellaneous health concerns etc.

My procedure was not easy, and he did a beautiful job. He is highly skilled at what he does and has natural, caring bed-side manner.

I could not be more pleased. I told him he’s the best in the business, and he’s very humble and said he’s quite good but not the best. But I would beg to differ- he is absolutely the best

I'd like to thank Dr. David Sayah. As a model, I walked in with a botched job from a doctor I will not mention the name of. She had injected me around my eyes with a filler that caused extreme bruising and swelling for over 3 months. Dr. Sayah has an office that is calming, inviting, and of the utmost professional. Dr. Sayah was able to fix my eyes and restore a youthful look. I feel comfortable enough to recommend his services to ANYONE.

Doctor Sayah does the injections himself, rather than a nurse, which is the difference between this establishment and most others. He made sure my expectations were realistic before carrying out the procedure. The outcome was a little better than he anticipated and I'm very pleased. Minimum wait time and excellent staff.

I have been to other doctors in LA but i never felt comfortable enough so i kept on searching for the one and yes I found him not only him and him stuff are great i can completely trust him and i know he would never accept doing something that is not good for me.

Loved the facility and Dr. Sayah and his staff were very welcoming and supportive. I had never had any work done before, and came to Dr. Sayah for Restylane silk under the eyes. I did research beforehand, and used arneca (pills/gel) plus bromelain, both before and after. After the procedure, I had zero bruising and the swelling was very minimal. Dr. Sayah is very experienced, skilled and competent. Highly recommend.
