I was worry about my eyes circles but know my veins looks terrible... and makes me look tired after my fillers treatment with juvederm and other brand that I don't remember. Is this normal? Why this happens? Can I do something about it

I'm not sure when you had your injections, but you look like you have some swelling which can make the veins more prominent. Swelling will persist for 1-2 weeks after your procedure. If you're unhappy with your final results, it can be reversed with hyaluronidase and a different technique can be used next time. I recommend using cannulas with injections to limit swelling. Belotero is a great filler for under the eyes. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Thanks for this question. I also see small lumps that is consistent with the filler material. Juvederm is not my preference in the tear trough, but I like silk instead. The veins will likely become less noticeable over time, but may need treatment with laser one day. Speak with your injector and voice your concerns.

Loosing fat around eyes can reveal the eyelid veins. You may want to consider filler injection under eyes to camouflage the veins. See an oculoplastic specialist. See following video and link.

Thank you for sharing your question and photograph.  The results from filler placement often have to mature for up to two weeks after treatment before your outcome is really known.  If this appearance persists 2 weeks or more after treatment speak to your injector and voice your concerns.

To me, there is a bump where the tear trough is. I don't like to use Juvederm here because it leads to chronic swelling. Enlargement of vessels can occur for a few days but it shouldn't be prolonged. My preference is to use Restylane here with blunt cannulas. I would go back and discuss with your doctor.

If you also had your under eyes filled within the last week I would allow for 2 weeks for any swelling and bruising to subside prior to making any determinations about how it looks.  Veins can appear more prominent due to swelling.  For your under eyes Juvederm is not the filler of choice.  I normally prefer Restylane or Restylane silk. If you are still concerned with your filler I would follow up with your injector to discuss options after 2 weeks have passed.
