Botox (or any neuromodulator) treatment has to be customized your needs depending of your location the prices vary per unit. Other places charge per area. Keep in mind, deeper lines need a combination approach with Botox and fillers, lasers and microneedling/prp. If we're talking about treating the forehead (frown lines and horizontal lines above them), the cost would be $350-$600, and the duration of effect at around 4 months. Botox is very versatile, so depending on the effect you're looking for or your budget, you can adjust things quite a bit.

Thank you for your question. The cost of Botox depends on how many areas you want to treat and the number of units needed to treat those areas. In my office, twenty five units ($500) is usually enough to treat the 11's between the eyes, the forehead, and the crow's feet. 

Prices vary based on your location and the experience of the injector. At our BH and Laguna Beach clinics we charge $15/unit which is pretty standard for the area.

Botox pricing can vary, depending on the area you live in the country, the number of providers  that are injectors in the area, how deep your wrinkles are and how many areas of concern that you have. It will be better to have a consultation first. Average cost is usually between $9 to $15 a unit  in the area that I practice, which is in GA. Glabeller lines which are usually the '11s' may cost up to $220- $260.
