Recent cold/allergies and anesthesia?

I would let your plastic surgeon and the anesthesiologist determine whether or not you're okay for surgery. You wouldn't want to compromise your health for something that is elective. 

If you are on the healing side of a cold I don't seem you reason not to proceed with surgery provided your lungs are clear and you feel reasonably well.

I would recommend contacting your plastic surgeon and making them aware of your health status since it might impact your ability to have surgery.  In my practice the anesthesiologist examines all patients prior to surgery and determines whether there are any respiratory issues that could affect the safety of an anesthetic.

Why not call your surgeon to discuss this issue because he/she is doing the operation. ALWAYS best tp call your surgeon first!

No matter the symptoms the most important thing is making your surgeon and anesthesia department aware of this, also try to make sure that check your temperature because fever could indeed be a issue for the surgery

Since you claim to be over the cold / allergy, having surgery in 3 days should not be a problem.  Make your surgeon and anesthesia department aware of this.  They will need to make the decision.  Best to you!
